    The Opportunity

    In an effort to better serve our 100+ million registered hourly workers and over 470,000 employer locations, Snagajob is looking for a Client Executive. This Snagger will be responsible for executing on current customer agreements while looking for opportunities to grow and upsell additional Snagajob products and services to some of the country’s most recognizable brands. The Client Executive’s primary goal is to grow and protect the financial investments of current Snagajob clients.  

    This role may be based remotely or in our Richmond or Arlington, VA, or Charleston, SC office.

    What You'll Get to Do

    • Prioritize a territory of existing clients to better understand which clients have additional growth opportunities
    • Advocate for and engage with new customers to pass off relevant information to ensure a strong onboarding experience 
    • Ensure key users and decision makers of the organization know how to use and maximize their investment with us
    • Thoroughly understand the products and services sold to each account and assign resources to resolve any gaps, misunderstandings or underperformance
    • Partner with client success managers to identify areas of opportunity to increase value with our clients
    • Increase customer spend through a combination of increased investment in new products and services or new ways to use our tools and resources  
    • Participate in key partnership timeline milestones including mid-contract reviews and annual renewal efforts to ensure Snagajob  and customer goals are accomplished
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new bookings (i.e., growth) targets
    • Work closely with other internal departments (implementation, customer support, finance, engineering) to ensure seamless customer experiences
    • Maintain CRM in timely, complete and accurate manner to account for all client interactions
    • Create tools, resources and presentation materials to facilitate the internal sale of our work to stakeholders
    • Provide the “voice of the market” to our product design org to ensure our new products meet the needs of current customers

    What You’ll Bring

    • Strong performance in a B2B account management or customer success capacity. Experience in a marketplace or technology environment preferred
    • Outstanding relationship building experience and communication skills 
    • Experience engaging multiple internal stakeholders to drive both internal and external decision making
    • Proficiency with one or more CRM systems
    • Innovative problem solver with ability to actively listen to and resolve customer issues
    • Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills 
    • A positive can-do attitude and self starter 
    • The ability to embrace change and a fast-paced growth culture
