    • Contribute to monthly, annual, and long-range forecasts and budgets, including Snag’s Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
    • Monitor and analyze KPI performance and business metrics to spot trends and forecast performance
    • Manage P&L(s) and partner with business leader(s) for assigned area(s), providing strategic guidance and recommendations
    • Provide financial support to business leader(s) and complete ad hoc requests as directed
    • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive leadership and external audiences

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent; advanced business degree (MBA) or CPA / CFA a plus
    • 4+ years of relevant professional experience required; prior experience with marketplace businesses strongly preferred
    • Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis required, including a strong understanding of modeling techniques (sensitivity, regression, decision tree, multi-attribute, Monte Carlo, etc.) and economic value measures (NPV, IRR, etc.)
    • The ability to influence up, down, and across the organization, using data, logic, and rhetoric to explain problems and propose solutions in an easy-to-understand way
    • A strong drive to deliver work products on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
    • Build productive relationships and maintain credibility with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Advanced Excel skills and SQL knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adaptive, Salesforce, and NetSuite preferred
    • Prior experience with corporate financing  and M&A preferred
    • The ability to live by Snag's core values - solidarity, candor, unconvention, fire - by being an ally, speaking hard truths, questioning the status quo, and always doing whatever it takes to meet our mission of putting people in the right fit positions so they can maximize their potential and live more fulfilling lives
