    ODCo is seeking an Account and Marketing Manager to guide account direction, drive marketing efforts, and spearhead business development.




    Account Management

    • Serve as a primary client contact and be accountable for client relationships for existing, potential, and new accounts. Translate client needs into actionable creative considerations.
    • Act as "voice of the consumer" to ensure strategy aligns with end-consumer needs.
    • Work closely with our team to assign resources to clients and deliverables, plan and negotiate schedules, and ensure timelines are communicated, agreed upon, and met. 
    • Complete weekly/monthly reporting for client and internal needs.
    • Support our team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for creative campaigns and client projects.
    • Coordinate or participate in any phase of the project cycle, including planning, design feedback, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and training, etc.
    • Coordinate and execute internal meetings, partner and client meetings (i.e. creative kickoffs, brand immersions, client meetings, project postmortems, etc.).
    • Strengthen client relationships.
    • Build skill sets and engage in ongoing education for the company
    • Pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client issues.



    • Develop effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives.
    • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, and report on leads.
    • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
    • Create and maintain metric reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
    • Lead the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Maintain the company’s social media presence by planning and creating content, orchestrating asset development and managing posts.

    Business Development

    • Develop, manage and grow both our existing sales pipeline and new business opportunities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Prepare thought-leadership and research reports to be used in attracting prospects to the agency.



    • 5+ years experience in an ad agency or in-house marketing role
    • Experience in leading all aspects of a project in a dynamic, fast-paced, creative environment
    • Work effectively and calmly under deadlines​
    • Previous experience developing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, email, direct mail, and digital
    • A positive outlook and a penchant for problem-solving
    • Continuously seek and learn from feedback
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
    • Experience with CRM software (i.e., HubSpot)
    • Experience with social media tools for strategy, planning, and placement
    • Results oriented and self-motivated
    • Ability to work both independently and enjoy collaboration
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Excellent people skills and a sincere interest in the client(s) business
