Hi Richmond LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce!

I'm Morgan Davis, an independent consultant and practice manager of over five years at Glen Forest Dental Co, an inclusive, multi-doctor general dentistry practice and proud sponsor of Stonewall RVA and Virginia Pride Fest.

Outside of Glen Forest, I work with clients across the service sector and healthcare who are either starting their own practices or are founders and partners looking to build scalable, effective systems and grow their leadership skills. My specialties include organizational development, employee development and engagement, leadership, startup strategy, crisis management, positioning (and repositioning), and employing a Total Quality Management (TQM) approach.

I believe learning is a lifelong pursuit, so I'm excited to gain new perspective from my fellow community members and support other professionals within Richmond's LGBTQ+ community.
