My name is Lauren Leulu (pronounced loo-loo). With nearly a decade of experience in the government contracting landscape, I'm passionate about crafting compelling brands and marketing materials that resonate with government decision-makers. I'm further deepening my expertise in government procurement and translating it into impactful marketing strategies as a student in The George Washington University Law School's Master of Studies in Law (MSL) program. Throughout my career, I've led multiple company rebrands, website redesigns, and marketing materials refreshes, effectively translating small govcon needs into fluid, consistent brands. My proficiency in BD research allows me to delve into procurement-related data, uncovering insights that shape our marketing strategies. I'm skilled in managing large, diverse teams of subject matter experts, writers, and other BD personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the proposal process. My expertise extends from pre-RFP preparation to proposal submission, and I've successfully secured multi-billion dollar GWACs such as GSA 8(a) STARS III. Whether it's navigating the complexities of government contracting or crafting a compelling brand identity, I'm always eager to discuss your business needs. Let's connect to explore how my expertise can elevate your govcon's marketing and branding efforts! I'm excited to be part of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber to support my local queer community!
