CANCELLED: Richmond's OUTLOUD RVA Pride Event scheduled to take place Thursday at Allianz Amphitheatre has been cancelled due to the extreme heat.

"We are disappointed to share that due to the extreme heat today, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the inaugural OUTLOUD RVA Pride event at Allianz Amphitheatre tonight. This decision was not made lightly. After careful consideration, we deemed that the weather conditions would not allow us to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience that our vendors, community partners, performers, volunteers and attendees deserve. On behalf of the organizing team including VA Pride, the City of Richmond Office of Equity and Inclusion, the Richmond LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and Live Nation, thank you for your interest in being a part of the very first OUTLOUD RVA. While we are disappointed that the weather has prevented us from gathering this year, we hope you will consider joining us again as we plan for future events and an event stronger OUTLOUD RVA next year.”

Housing With Pride: Stability, Access and Opportunity

In recognition of Pride Month and National Homeownership Month, Virginia Housing is partnering with the Richmond LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce to host a regionally focused conversation on housing stability, access, homelessness prevention and pathways to homeownership within the LGBTQ+ community.

This event will bring together housing leaders, nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, advocates and community partners for an engaging panel discussion centered on practical solutions, community partnerships and regional housing opportunities.

The program will feature:

Update: Opening remarks from Shelby Carney, Special Projects Director at Partnership for Housing Affordability.
A moderated panel discussion featuring leaders from Homeward, HOME, the Richmond LGBTQ+ Chamber and Virginia Home for Boys and Girls
Networking and community connection opportunities
Recognition of Virginia Housing’s support of the Greater Richmond Habitat for Humanity Pride Build

Coffee & Community Morning Networking Series (July 10, 2026)

Join the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber the first Friday of each month for our morning networking series. Enjoy complimentary drip coffee and food available for purchase from our host Gold Lion Community Cafe. This event is free to members and non-members.

*Please note: In July, this event will take place on July 10, the second Thursday of the month, in observance of the national holiday.
